Adele Kimber
Adele began her career writing about science and technology, subsequently editing industry weekly newspaper The Engineer and acting as a consultant editor on several global chemical industry publications. She also has plenty of experience writing about the world of work since joining the launch team of Personnel Today and becoming editor in the early 1990s. Her more recent career included a spell as launch editor on leading jobsite, totaljobs.com and managing a relaunch of IRS Employment Review. She now oversees a mix of research and publishing projects at Working Week.

Lucie Carrington
Lucie's interest in work issues began when she joined the Industrial Society (now The Work Foundation) as a writer and editor. Since then she has been features editor of Personnel Today and contributing editor of Human Resources magazine. Lucie also specialises in public sector issues including, health, education and heritage. She had held management positions at Doctor, Stakeholder and Museums Journal and she has worked at the Institute of Public Policy Research. She has been a regular contributor to a range of national publications including the Daily Mail, The Daily Telegraph and The Guardian.

Steve is an editor and communications consultant with 20 years' experience across several sectors, including training, technology and the built environment. He has held senior roles across the construction sector, editing magazines and overseeing corporate communications.
Margaret Kubicek
Margaret is a writer specialising in education and employment. She began her career in her native USA before moving to the UK, where she has worked with Cranfield School of Management and the University of Hertfordshire. Other work includes writing for The Guardian, Personnel Today and Teachers magazine.
